Forbes has identified Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as one of the women making a significant impact on the world. The publication ranked the singer 36th in its annual list of the 100 most powerful women in the world.
According to Forbes, “The 2023 power list was determined by four main metrics: money, media, influence and sphere of influence.” It features women who have had an impact on global policies, products, and political conflicts.
The list follows the successful premiere weekend of her concert documentary, “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé.” The film opened first in North America, earning $11.5 million on its first night and $21 million over the weekend.
